Firm selected for the harbor design project
An Oregon company has been chosen to design the blueprint for Crescent City Harbor improvements. Harbor commissioners voted unanimously Tuesday to negotiate with Crow/Clay & Associates Architecture and Planning, of Coos Bay on a design contract for harbor beatification.
