There is poverty in midst of plenty -Late Gen. Abachas aide

Nigeria, a country which just marked its 51st year of existence as an independent political entity, has not exuded the signs of a mature entity as it reflects a paradox of poverty in the midst of plenty as caused by mismanagement and under-utilization of the nations wealth. This remark was made by Chief David Attah, the chief press secretary to late military head of state Gen. Sani Abacha.
